迪拜Expo Village业主考察团到访海外装饰公司总部

　　3月26日，迪拜Expo Village业主考察团一行5人来到海外装饰公司总部考察访问，与海外装饰公司党委书记、董事长徐刚、党委副书记、总经理张亚东等同志进行亲切会晤。公司在家领导、部门经理以及相关部门员工共38人参加会议。

　　Expo Village项目是阿联酋2020年迪拜世界博览会(Expo Dubai 2020)工作人员居住区项目，受到业主和迪拜当地政府高度重视。此次Expo Village项目考察团成员包括业主单位迪拜世贸中心代表Clive Parsons，监理与设计方KEO代表Samir Hassici 、Mercado Victor Andrew Bersales、Mutaz Al Saheb和中建中东公司迪拜世博园项目代表赵旭。

　　上午10：00，考察团一行在海外装饰企业展馆聆听了海外装饰37年波澜壮阔的发展历程，听取了对海外装饰精品工程的介绍。

　　Dubai Expo. Village delegation paid visit to head office of Shenzhen Overseas Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd.

　　On 26th of May, 5 members delegation of Dubai Expo. village visited Shenzhen Overseas Decoration Engineering Co.,Ltd and received warmly welcome from Mr. XuGang(Board Chairman and General Seretary) Mr. Zhang Yadong ( General Manager and Vice General Secretary) and others related department manager and group leader total 38 people who had attended this reception.

　　Expo. village project is residential buildings for Expo. Dubai 2020, which gets highly concern by client and Dubai government. The delegation of this visit include Mr. Clive Parson(representative of Dubai-world trade center),Mr. Samir and Mr. Mutaz Al Saheb(Representative of consultant. KEO), Mr.Mercado victor andrew bersales(Architect) and Mr. Zhaoxu(Representative of China State Construction-Dubai Expo. Village project).

　　Around 10:00am, Delegation members had viewed the 37-year-development of company and supreme projects completed abroad.

 

 

企业展馆

　　随后，考察团在会议室听取了企业情况介绍，会议由总经理张亚东主持。张亚东总经理为考察团一一介绍了我方与会人员，对考察团的到来表示热烈欢迎。随后，公司为考察团一行播放了公司企业宣传片，介绍了公司幕墙业务代表工程情况。

　　The delegation team then got a briefing of the company(Shenzhen overseas Decoration Engineering Co.,Ltd.) Mr. Zhang Yadong General Manager hosted the meeting, expressed a warm greet and introduced each attendee to the delegation team, then showed company video propaganda.And introduced the outstanding curtain wall projects of curtain wall department.

　　中建中东公司项目代表赵旭发言，指出Expo Village项目对中建中东公司意义重大，希望彼此以良好合作伙伴关系，共同拓展中东市场。

　　Mr. Zhaoxu(Representative of China State Construction-Dubai Expo. Village project) stressed that Expo.Village project is very important for his company and Dubai government. He hope every companies could work together sincerely and explore future together.

　　公司董事长徐刚对迪拜世博园业主考察团一行的到来表示了热烈欢迎，简要介绍了海外装饰在中国建筑装饰史上的历史地位与杰出成就，他说到，海外装饰将与中建中东公司一起，充分发挥国内外资源组织、设计配合以及资本运营等全方位优势，充分发扬海外装饰善于攻坚克难、协同联动高效的组织优势，为项目配备精干高效的管理团队和劳务队伍，从设计、施工各方面为项目提供强力的技术支持和优质服务，与迪拜世博园业主携手共进、共创辉煌。

　　Mr. XuGang(Board Chairman and General Seretary) also warmly welcomed the delegation and said that Shenzhen Overseas Decoration Engineering Company would be together with China State Construction, fully exploring our advantage of management,design,construction capital operation, synergism and never give up spirits we would provide a high efficiency team，labor force and other resources to build future with clients and China State Construction Group.

　　考察团代表Clive Parsons充分肯定了海外装饰公司的专业水平，表示Expo Village项目更加注重安全和质量，希望海外装饰公司务必达到业主、美国和欧洲标准，并希望通过此次考察，双方能够达成战略合作关系。

　　The client representative Clive parsons gave a high comment for the professional level of Shenzhen Overseas Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. and expressed that within the Expo project they emphasized more on the safety and quality requirements, they wished that our performance could meet the client requirements, American Standard, and British Standard, whats more that want to achieve a strategic cooperation relationship with our company through this trip.

　　会后，考察团和所有参会人员合影留念。下一站，考察团将赴东莞、佛山、广州、武汉对幕墙生产基地以及供应商进行全面调研。

　　After the conference, the inspection team took a picture with all the attendances. The Next stop, the delegation will head for Dongguan, Guangzhou, Foshan, and Wuhan to get a deeper investigation about curtain wall manufacturers and the curtain wall basement.
